Enrollment Flow for Transferees

The enrollment flow for transferees streamlines the transition process, guiding students from initial application to official enrollment. It includes key steps such as credential evaluation, document submission, course credit assessment, fee payment, and final verification, ensuring a smooth integration into the university.

STEP 1

Dean’s Office

Have your initial evaluation conducted.

STEP 2

Student Portal Registration

Go to the Information Counter near the Registrar’s Office for portal registration assistance.

Login to EmpowerED UB Student Portal.

Fill out the enrollment and student information sheet.

STEP 3

Registrar’s Office

Window 4
Submit the original copy of your Enrollment Requirements.

Window 7
Undergo a final evaluation of your credentials.

STEP 4

Dean’s Office

Select your Class Schedule and Payment Scheme for course enlistment.

STEP 5

Payment of Enrollment Fees

For Online Payments:

a. upload proof of payment on EmpowerED UB Portal

within 24 hours OR

b. show proof of payment and have it stamped at the

Finance Office within 24 hours

For Onsite Payments, pay at the Finance Office within

24 hours from enlistment at the Dean’s Office.

STEP 6

Registrar’s Office

Submit your blue form to the Registrar’s Office

STEP 7

Student Portal

Login to view your Registration Information

Generate your Registration Information

Note: You are only officially enrolled once your enrollment fee is posted by the Finance Office.

STEP 8

MIS

Have your student ID printed.
