Enrollment Flow for Freshmen

The enrollment flow for first-year applicants ensures a seamless process, guiding students from portal registration to ID issuance through clear steps, including document submission, course enlistment, fee payment, and verification.

STEP 1

Student Portal Registration

Go to the Information Counter near the Registrar’s Office for portal registration assistance.

Fill out the enrollment and student information sheet.

STEP 2

Registrar’s Office

Submit the original copy of your Enrollment Requirements.

STEP 3

Dean’s Office

Select your Class Schedule and Payment Scheme for course enlistment.

STEP 4

Payment of Enrollment Fees

For Online Payments:

a. upload proof of payment on EmpowerED UB Portal before midnight of the following day OR

b. show proof of payment and have it stamped at the Finance Office within 24 hours

For Onsite Payments, pay at the Finance Office within 24 hours from enlistment at the Dean’s Office.

Note: Enlisted subjects will be cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours or proof of online payment is not uploaded by midnight of the following day.

STEP 5

Registrar’s Office

Submit your blue form to the Registrar’s Office

STEP 6

Student Portal

Generate your Registration Information

Note: You are only officially enrolled once your enrollment fee is posted by the Finance Office.

STEP 7

MIS

Have your student ID printed.
