Enrollment Flow For Resident Students (Online - On Campus)

The enrollment flow for resident students ensures a smooth and efficient process, guiding them through class selection, payment of fees, and final registration confirmation.

STEP 1

Course Enlistment (Computer Lab D)

Go to the UB website www.universityofbohol.edu.ph

Tap the Login menu and tap Student.

Select Class Schedule and Payment Scheme.

STEP 2

Payment of Enrollment Fees

For Online Payments:
a. upload proof of payment on the EmpowerED UB Portal before midnight of the following day OR
b. show proof of payment and have it stamped at the Finance Office within 24 hours

For Onsite Payments, pay at the Finance Office within 24 hours from enlistment.

Note: Enlisted subjects will be cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours or proof of online payment is not uploaded by midnight of the following day.

STEP 3

Student Portal

Generate your Registration Information.

Note: You are only officially enrolled once your enrollment fee is posted by the Finance Office.
