The Aquatic Center features an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a separate 25-meter warm-up pool, meeting competitive and training standards. This facility is ideal for swim meets, training camps, and aquatic instruction, with seating for up to 500 spectators.

The University of Bohol Gymnasium is a multi-purpose indoor facility equipped with a stage, ideal for large gatherings, ceremonies, and sporting events. With a total area of approximately 1,200 sqm, it can accommodate up to 1,500 persons.

The University of Bohol Quadrangle is an open-air venue with a built-in stage, perfect for outdoor programs, fairs, and community events. Spanning around 1,000 sqm, it can hold up to 1,200 persons.

The Instructional Media Center is a modern space designed for multimedia presentations, trainings, and workshops. It offers a comfortable environment with a seating capacity of up to 100 persons.

Located within the Information Resource Center, this auditorium provides an ideal venue for lectures, forums, and academic events. It features theater-style seating and accommodates up to 200 persons.

Booking and Reservation
All reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance through the Office of the Property Administrator or designated office.
A 50% down payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be settled at least 3 days before the event.
Usage Hours
Facilities may be used from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM unless special arrangements are approved in advance.
Overtime charges will apply beyond the agreed rental period.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 5 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the down payment.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event.
User Responsibilities
Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order during and after the event.
Any damage to property or equipment will be charged to the renter.
The use of sound systems, electrical equipment, or additional structures must be declared and approved in advance.
Security and Safety
The University reserves the right to require additional security personnel for large-scale events at the renter’s expense.
Activities that pose safety or security risks are not allowed.
Restrictions
Smoking, vaping, gambling, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited within university premises.
The venue must not be subleased or used for purposes other than those stated in the rental agreement.
University Priority
The University of Bohol reserves the right to reschedule or cancel external bookings if the facility is required for official university functions. In such cases, renters will be notified and refunded in full.
Post-Event Inspection
A post-event inspection will be conducted. Any losses or damages identified will be reported and charged accordingly.
