Oversees the university’s finances, including budgeting, cash management, and student billing, while promoting fiscal responsibility to support its mission.

Finance Office

The Treasurer’s Office is located at the ground floor of the University Administration Building at the right side of the main gate. The Office is responsible for the collection of student fees that include tuition fees and other miscellaneous fees for the requisition of documents and other records.

Regular Office Hours

The said office has four (4) school tellers; one of these tellers is designated for Person with Disability (PWD), Senior Citizen, Pregnant Women, and Parents. During the examination and enrolment period, the tellers will be open at 8:00 a.m. with no noon break and end at 5:00 p.m.
