The Guidance Center develops and implements organized program of services designed to support and guide the students in making adjustments to educational, vocational, social, personal, and emotional problems. Likewise, it assists and guides them in making wise decisions and planning in solving problems and in improving the quality of their relationships and social life.
Guidance Services
Assists students adjust to the school environment and gain a feeling of security and belongingness through orientation program.
An organized record of each student is maintained to provide the counselor sufficient insight regarding the problems of students and for the student to gain self-knowledge and self-realization.
Standardized tests are administered to help students develop awareness and understanding of their general mental ability, aptitude, study habits, interest, personality traits and achievements.
Counseling is the core of the guidance services. The services provided will help the students/personnel in identifying and understanding their difficulties. It also aims to develop the student/personnel unique entity.
Provide students’ assistance in choosing their career and vocation in life.
Provide for the collection, maintenance, and dissemination of current educational, occupational, and personal social information for use by students, parents, teachers and administrators. This service comes in the following scheme:
