Looking forward to continuously producing responsible leaders, the University of Bohol once again conducted its annual Leadership Enhancement and Development Seminar (UB LEADS) for student leaders and advisers at the Victoriano D. Tirol Advanced Learning Center (VDTALC) on July 23–25, 2025.

Attended by officers of the Supreme Student Government (SSG), Campus Student Organizations (CSO), and their advisers, the three-day training program aimed to strengthen the leadership and management skills of student leaders and mentors. Rooted in the values of Scholarship, Character, and Service, UB LEADS featured workshops, team-building activities, and expert-led learning sessions designed to develop well-rounded and resilient leaders.

Dr. Lemuel O. Belarmino, Dean of Student/Personnel Services, emphasized that the main purpose of the program is to develop values-driven and service-oriented student leaders and advisers who can effectively lead, collaborate, and create a positive impact within the University of Bohol and the broader community.
