September 10, 2018 Start of Releaseing of Final Clearance at Registrar's Office
September 10 to October 12, 2018 Releasing of Togas (UB Plaza)
September 18, 2018 Meeting of October 2018 Graduating Students at UB Gym
September 24-29, 2018 Final Examination for Graduating Students
October 11, 2018 Deadline of Encoding/Verification of FINAL grades of Graduating Students
October 12, 2018 Registrar will furnish the Deans/Heads the final list of Graduating students for October 2018
October 12, 2018 Treasurer will provide the Deans/Heads the lists of graduating students with unsettled accounts
October 15, 2018 Deliberation Period - Deans/Heads and faculty members will deliberate for the final
candidates for graduation for October 2018
October 16-18 2018 Graduating Ceremonies Practices:
