The Medical and Dental Clinic provides health services to all employees and students of the university. It is located at the ground floor of the Achievers Hall.
Guidelines for Medical and Dental Services:
Medical Clinic
- Students/personnel who wish to avail themselves of the school clinic services are required to present their validated ID card.
- Free consultation is available for all bonafide students/personnel of the University. If deemed necessary, cases are referred to a medical specialist for further work-up and management, to the account of the student/personnel.
- Initial dosage of medicine is given to students/personnel after consultation.
- Prescribed injections may be administered in the clinic provided that no skin testing is needed.
- Free dressing for minor wounds is done in the clinic. Major wounds that require suturing are referred to the hospitals.
- Emergency cases are referred to hospitals after first aid management.
- Medical certificates will only be issued to students/personnel who are actually examined by the school physician, fees may apply.
- Medical kits and medicines may be provided for in campus and outside school activities upon presentation of a written request endorsed by the Head of Student Affairs Office
- Annual physical examination is given to students/personnel of the University.

12:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m / Mondays-Fridays
