e-Enrollment Procedure - College / Law / Graduate School


For Old Students

  1. Student fills out the Online Registration Form (click the Online Registration button at the UB website – www.universityofbohol.edu.ph, e-Enrollment Main Menu\College/Law /Graduate School)
    Please make sure that every information is filled out before submitting the online registration form.

  2. Student checks account balance through the student portal.
  3. If with no outstanding balance, process payment of enrolment fee, as follows:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
      1. 2nd Year: P3,575.00
      2. 3rd Year: P3,995.00
      3. 4th Year: 2,750.00
    • Bachelor of Science in Midwifery
      1. 2nd Year: P2,655.00
      2. 3rd Year: P1,655.00
      3. 4th Year: P1,655.00
    • Law - P1,150.00
    • Graduate School - P650.00
    • Other Course - P650.00

    If with outstanding balance, process payment including the enrolment fee. The following are the payment centers:
    • PALAWAN EXPRESS
      ACCOUNT NAME: University of Bohol
      Note: Make sure to provide complete name, student ID number and year level
    • FIRST CONSOLIDATED BANK OF BOHOL (FCB)
      ACCOUNT NAME: University of Bohol
      Note: No need for account number just inform the bank teller of the transaction: payment of UB tuition fee
    • CHINABANK TAGBILARAN BRANCH
      ACCOUNT NAME: University of Bohol

  4. Student sends picture of the following to the Department’s Official FB messenger account (please refer to website).
    • Student Identification Card (ID)
    • Payment Reciept
    • Also include the following details:
      • Attention: The Dean
        Transaction: Online Enrolment/Payment/Old Student
        Name of Student:
        Student ID Number:
        Course:
        Year Level:
        Contact No:
        FB Account:
        Email Address:
        Total Amount Paid:

  5. Finance Office monitors receipt of payment from authorized payment centers and posts payment to the student’s ledger. The dean through the e-Enrollment handler will monitor the status of the student’s validation prior to admission.
    Note: (maximum of 2 days validation from Finance Office upon receipt of bank receipts).

  6. The Dean’s Office checks if Online Registration Form has been submitted.
  7. If no Online Registration Form has been submitted, the Dean’s office informs the Student through FB Messenger.
  8. After receipt of Online Registration Form, the Dean’s office enrolls the student to the School System (School Automate).
  9. The Dean’s Office informs the student through FB messenger/call/text that he has been enrolled together with the screenshot of his study load. Subjects to be enrolled will be based on the subjects as per advised during the advising period.

For New Students (Freshmen and Transferees)

  1. Student fills out the Online Registration Form (click the link to Online Registration Form at the UB website – www.universityofbohol.edu..ph, e-Enrollment\College/Law/Graduate School).
    Please make sure that every information is filled out before submitting the online registration form.

  2. After the Online Form has been completed and submitted, Student notifies the Dean’s Office through the Department's official FB page (please refer to website) for assistance and proper assessment:
    • Include the following details:
      • Attention: Department Dean
        Transaction: Online Enrolment / Freshman or Transferee
        Name:
        Course to take:
        Contact No:
        Email Address:
        FB Account:

  3. Dean’s Office checks if the Online Registration Form has been submitted and requirements are complete.
  4. If with lacking requirements or no Online Registration Form has been submitted, the Dean’s office informs the student through FB messenger.
  5. If with complete requirements, the Dean’s Office will coordinate with the registrar’s office (Admission Officer) for:
    • Encoding of student’s details to the school automate to generate temporary ID number
    • Evaluation and validation of documentary requirements

  6. The Dean’s Office informs the student through FB messenger /text/call to proceed with the enrolment process, his temporary ID no. and the enrollment fee at P840.00 (except for the College of Law which is P1,340.00).
  7. Student processes enrolment fees to authorized payment centers.

  8. Student sends picture of the enrolment payment receipt to the Department’s FB messenger account with the following details:
    • Attention: The Dean
      Transaction: Online Enrolment / Payment/New Student
      Name of Student:
      Course:
      Year Level:
      Contact No:
      Email Address:
      FB Account:
      Total Amount Paid:

  9. After posting and confirmation of payment from the Finance Department, the Dean coordinates with the Registrar’s Office (Evaluator) for the assessment of subjects the student will take
  10. The Dean enrolls the student to School Automate.
  11. The Dean’s Office informs the student through FB messenger/call/text that he has been enrolled together with the screenshot of his study load

NOTE: At the start of classes Freshmen and Transferees are required to submit or send through mail the ORIGINAL copies of the following documents:

  1. Duly filled out Enrolment Form
  2. Documentary Requirements (see checklist provided in the website)
  3. Duly filled out Privacy Policy (can be downloaded from the website)
  4. Duly filled out Student Information Sheet (can be downloaded from the website)
